Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the iBetMY Platform. The operation of duplicate accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, iBetMY reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winings derived from bonus activity across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.iBetMY will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification prior to the processing of withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian national identity card or passport) and proof of residential address. iBetMY may also request source-of-funds documentation for higher-value transactions.
iBetMY accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits, withdrawals, and Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in USDT TRC20 and converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. iBetMY is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or network fees associated with cryptocurrency transfers.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. iBetMY reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as the registerediBetMY Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on payment method, verification status, and volume of concurrent requests. iBetMY aims to process most withdrawals within 60 minutes but does not guarantee specific processing times.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or withdrawal activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. iBetMY reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of RM10 from the Balance of a dormant Account. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero Balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotional terms of a particular offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 15x wagering requirement means the player must place a total of RM1,500 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal is processed. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM500, unless a lower cap is specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Unclaimed or unused bonus offers expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion. Once a bonus is credited to your Account, the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the time window specified — typically 7, 14, or 30 days. Failure to complete the requirement within the specified window results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
iBetMY employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse. Activities including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating bets with other players to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("matched betting" using bonus funds), or using automated software to meet wagering requirements, constitute bonus abuse. Where is detected, iBetMY reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close all implicated accounts.
All bets placed on the iBetMY Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Rules for sports betting markets — including football (covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and other competitions popular with Malaysian players), UFC, tennis, and other markets — are set out in the applicable sportsbook rules accessible through the Platform.
iBetMY reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of a manifest error, including but not limited to: obviously incorrect odds, technical malfunctions resulting in eroneous prices, or data feed errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. iBetMY will not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from manifest errors.
Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. iBetMY does not guarantee that live markets will remain available at any given odds for any duration. Bets placed following the occurrence of a decisive event — but prior to the market being settled — may be voided at iBetMY's discretion.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and poker variants, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iBetMY Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, iBetMY reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the implicated Account(s), void all pending and recent bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, withold the Account Balance pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The iBetMY name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iBetMY's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
iBetMY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
iBetMY does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude iBetMY's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
iBetMY reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; the Account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; the security of the Account has been compromised; or the suspension is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure and return your remaining Balance (subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed for responsible gambling reasons are subject to additional safeguards to prevent re-registration.
Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and the resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
iBetMY reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or via registered email prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
iBetMY also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service on the Platform at any time without liability, subject to the settlement of any bets already placed.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which iBetMY is licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between you and iBetMY, agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team in writing. iBetMY will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process.
